Walking on 7th Deck, I noticed my friends who were going to the famous Ice Bar. Since I had a complimentary visit invitation, I decided to join Moscow girls and see for myself what is the Ice Bar all about.

Norwegian Epic Ice Bar is one of 14 ice bars around the world and the only one true Ice bar on the sea. The average temperature is around 17 F, and it is true – benches are actually made from the ice! Bartender has a cool hat and stays inside one hour only, and so is a photographer. Definitely make one of professional pictures in the Ice bar – worth it!

The coverage fee is $20 and includes two drinks.  All drinks were served in ice glasses that made it especially cool! Since I prefer non-alcohol drinks, my choice was something Strawberry, and it was delicious! Everybody else ordered pre-made drinks with Svedka vodka as main ingredient.

When I first read about Norwegian Epic’s  Ice Bar and maximum of 45 minutes allowance of staying inside,  I thought it wasn’t enough time to enjoy that unique place.  Well,  I was wrong:  5 minutes in this bar would be enough to take pictures,  gulp both drinks and get out of there.  Unless you are with some fun friends! We were freezing but staying in.  Actually, you can leave and come back, yet it wouldn’t be so cool.

Since I am Siberian, drinking in the cold temperature of Ice Bar wasn’t so shocking to me, and I tried to have some fun! Would you believe that my drink had no alcohol in it?!
